1. Purchase a Powerball Ticket prior to 6pm on Friday (verified by timestamp on the ticket image)
2. Login to your Elite 31 account, fill out the form to play
3. In the form, please input all numbers for each play
4. Provide your payment information for the $10 per play + $1 processing fee
5. Upload an image of your lottery ticket
6. Submit the form
7. If you are the winner, payout will be sent on the following Monday prior to 12pm CST. In the case of a tie breaker, the winners will be the top 3 plays submitted, based on timestamp.
